Antidumping Sunset Reviews Begin

If you import or sell the listed products, Commerce will start five-year antidumping reviews in February 2026. The reviews cover Preserved Mushrooms from Chile (A-337-804), China (A-570-851), India (A-533-813), and Indonesia (A-560-802); Corrosion Inhibitors from China (A-570-122); Crepe Paper from China (A-570-895); Difluoromethane (R-32) from China (A-570-121); Hand Trucks from China (A-570-891); and Large Vertical Shaft Engines from China (A-570-119). These reviews will determine whether existing antidumping duties should remain in place or be revoked.

Countervailing Duty Reviews Scheduled

Commerce will initiate countervailing duty (CVD) reviews in February 2026 for Corrosion Inhibitors from China (C-570-123) and Large Vertical Shaft Engines from China (C-570-120). These reviews will decide whether CVD orders should continue or be revoked for those products.

If you want to participate in these Sunset Reviews, you must act quickly: contact Commerce within 10 days of the Notice of Initiation to seek recognition as an interested party, file a Notice of Intent to Participate within 15 days to keep a review going, and submit substantive comments no later than 30 days after initiation. All filings must be successfully electronically filed via Commerce's ACCESS system by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the day they are due, and public executive summaries should be limited to 450 words per issue.
