Increase in Kentucky Gas Storage Pressure and Capacity
Texas Gas asked to raise maximum certificated pressure at its Midland Gas Storage Field in Muhlenberg, Kentucky from 927 psi to 977 psi, increase certificated storage capacity from 136,323,530 Mcf to 144,999,530 Mcf, and raise working gas inventory from 65,182,677 Mcf to 73,858,677 Mcf. The company says no construction or new facilities are required and that the change will enhance operational flexibility, safety, and system reliability.
