Grantees: Reporting Forms Reduced
If you are a grantee of a Bureau of Health Workforce program, HRSA will change the performance reporting forms used by about 1,968 reporting grantees. HRSA will remove four complex interrelated forms and 50 questions, consolidate four individual-characteristic questions into two, amend four training and employment questions, and add a five-question project closeout summary to simplify reporting and reduce burden.
