Tiered CRD Processing Fees per Registered Person
For Non-FINRA Member Organizations, the CRD system processing fee charged per registered representative or principal will be set by tiers effective January 2, 2026: $70 for registration with 1 to 5 securities regulators; $95 for 6 to 20; $110 for 21 to 40; and $125 for 41 or more (excluding registration as an investment adviser representative). FINRA collects these system processing fees via CRD and the Exchange will mirror them.
CRD Continuing Education Session Fee
If you use the CRD system for the Continuing Education Regulatory Element, the session fee will be $25 per session, effective January 2, 2026. FINRA collects this $25 session fee via the CRD system.
