New Distributor Fees for Complex Feed

If your firm distributes Cboe's Complex Order Book (C1 COB) data, you must pay either $3,000/month (Internal Distributor) or $1,500/month (External Distributor). The Distribution fee waiver that previously applied to distributors of C1 Options Top and/or C1 Options Depth is removed, and monthly fees are prorated for mid-month subscriptions. These changes take effect January 2, 2026.

Professional User Fee Remains $25

Professional Users of the C1 COB Data Feed will continue to be charged $25.00 per month per Device or User ID. This fee remains unchanged and applies to internal and external professional users starting January 2, 2026.

New $1 Non-Professional User Charge

Individual (Non-Professional) users of the C1 COB Data Feed will be charged $1.00 per month per user. The Exchange removed language that previously waived Non-Professional User fees; the $1/month charge starts on January 2, 2026.

Auction Feed Added at No Extra Charge

Subscribers to Cboe Options Top and/or Cboe Options Depth may request access to the Cboe Options Auction Feed at no additional charge as part of those subscriptions. This change is effective January 2, 2026.
