Options Regulatory Fee Extended
If you trade options on MEMX, the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF) of $0.0015 per contract side will continue from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. The Exchange amended its Fee Schedule to extend the prior sunset date of December 31, 2025 and filed the change on December 31, 2025 to be implemented January 1, 2026.
ORF Revenue Cap Commitment
MEMX states it will monitor ORF revenue and has designed the ORF so that, when combined with its other regulatory fees and fines, the revenues will be less than 75% of the Exchange's total regulatory costs. MEMX says it will continue monitoring collections to ensure this outcome.
