FINRA System Processing Fee Tiers
If you are a Nasdaq BX member, the FINRA Annual System Processing Fee listed on BX's Pricing Schedule changes effective January 1, 2026. The fee is now tiered by the number of securities regulators a registered person is registered with: $70 for 1–5 regulators; $95 for 6–20; $110 for 21–40; and $125 for 41 or more.
Continuing Education Session Fee Rise
If you must complete the FINRA Continuing Education Regulatory Element, the session fee increases from $18 to $25 effective January 1, 2026. The Exchange lists this fee on its Pricing Schedule but FINRA collects and retains the fee through Web CRD.
