Tiered FINRA System Processing Fee
Starting January 1, 2026, Nasdaq will list FINRA's Annual System Processing Fee on its Pricing Schedule and mirror FINRA's tiered rates. The fee changes from a flat $70 to $70 for 1-5 regulators, $95 for 6-20, $110 for 21-40, and $125 for 41+ securities regulators; Nasdaq states it will not collect or retain these fees and FINRA collects them via Web CRD.
Higher Continuing Education Session Fee
Effective January 1, 2026, Nasdaq will mirror FINRA’s increase in the Continuing Education Regulatory Element Session Fee from $18 to $25 on its Pricing Schedule. Nasdaq says it will not collect or retain this fee and that FINRA will collect it through Web CRD.
