EPA received an application from Valent U.S.A. LLC for fungicide uses of the active ingredient inpyrfluxam on Leafy Greens Subgroup 4-16A (EPA Reg. Nos. 59639-233, 59639-230, 59639-272, 59639-248, and 5969-231). That application was received December 4, 2024; you may comment on it in docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2025-0129 by February 27, 2026.

New fungicide use for pennycress

EPA received an application from BASF Corporation for fungicide uses of the active ingredient fluxapyroxad on pennycress (EPA Reg. Nos. 7969-312, 7969-309). That application was received February 7, 2025; you may comment on it in docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2025-1415 by February 27, 2026.
