SR‑33 Pavement Fix Improves Driving
Caltrans will carry out a multi-asset pavement preservation project on State Route 33 in Ventura County from 0.6 miles south of Parkview Drive (postmile 6.3) to 0.1 miles north of Foothill Trail (postmile 13.49) in Casitas Springs (Ojai). The work is intended to keep the pavement in good condition and improve driving on that stretch of SR‑33.
Deadline to Challenge Project in Court
If you want to seek judicial review of the federal agency actions for this SR‑33 project, your claim must be filed on or before June 29, 2026. If a different federal law gives a shorter filing period (less than 150 days), that shorter period still controls.
