Corrected Flood Map for Cochise County

The project has Preliminary Date June 27, 2025 and the corrected table replaces the erroneous table published December 8, 2025.

Preliminary Maps Available for Inspection

The Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for the listed communities are available for inspection online at the FEMA Map Service Center (https://msc.fema.gov) and at the community map repository addresses listed for each city and for Cochise County.

Comment, Appeal, and SRP Timelines

You may submit comments on the revised flood hazard determinations on or before March 9, 2026; any request meeting 44 CFR 67.6(b) data requirements is treated as an appeal. If FEMA and a community consult for at least 60 days without resolution, the community may request use of a Scientific Resolution Panel (SRP).
