If you are a Market Maker on the NYSE Arca Trading Floor, a $0.12 per contract surcharge now applies when your Market Maker order is the counterparty to a complex Manual trade executed by a Floor Broker. This change took effect January 28, 2026.
Floor Broker $0.20 Per-Contract Rebate
If you are a Floor Broker on the NYSE Arca Trading Floor, you will receive a $0.20 per contract rebate for complex Manual trades that execute against a Market Maker order on the Trading Floor. For participants in the FB Prepay Program, this $0.20 rebate applies instead of rebates from the Manual Billable Rebate Program. The change is effective January 28, 2026.
Surcharge Discount Clarified for Electronic Trades
NYSE Arca clarified that the 'Discount on Non-Customer Complex Surcharge' applies only to Electronic Executions and will not apply to Manual Complex Orders on the Trading Floor. This clarification is part of the changes effective January 28, 2026.
