Grantees must submit new telehealth data

If you are a Behavioral Health Integration Evidence Based Telehealth Network Program (BHI EB-TNP) award recipient, you must submit annual performance data using a new evidence collection tool that includes 27 data elements about patient encounters. HRSA estimates 26 respondents will each submit one response, with an average burden of 66 hours per response and a total annual burden of 1,716 hours.

Data will inform telebehavioral care expansion

HRSA will use the collected data to evaluate integrating behavioral health into primary care via telehealth in rural and underserved areas, with goals to improve access to behavioral health services, reduce practitioner isolation, improve health system productivity and efficiency, and improve patient outcomes.
