FERC shares records with Treasury Do Not Pay
You may have records FERC holds about you disclosed to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Do Not Pay system so Treasury can help identify, prevent, or recoup fraud and improper payments. This action implements Executive Order No. 14249 (March 25, 2025) and OMB Memo M-25-32 and will apply to the FERC systems listed in the notice (for example, FERC-16 through FERC-60) beginning at least 30 days after the Federal Register publication (no earlier than March 11, 2026) unless FERC publishes changes after public comment.
