Notice
Summary
The U.S. is investigating if chromium trioxide from India gets unfair help from the government. The group asking for this check, American Chrome & Chemical, asked for more time to gather all the facts, so the decision on extra taxes is now delayed from March 4 to May 7, 2026. This means importers and U.S. businesses will have to wait a bit longer to know if extra fees apply.
