Electric rate filings with April 2026 dates

FERC received many electric rate and tariff filings that list proposed effective dates, including April 15, 2026 and April 19, 2026 (several filings), plus other dates such as May 1, 2026 and June 24, 2025. These filings cover tariffs, interconnection agreements, refunds, and market-based rate authority and therefore could affect energy prices or contract terms starting as soon as April 15, 2026.

Early-March 2026 comment deadlines

If you want to protest, intervene, or file comments on any of these filings, you must do so by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on the listed comment dates — for example March 5, 2026; March 6, 2026; or March 10, 2026 depending on the docket. Intervention is required to become a party to a proceeding; protests or comments must meet the Commission's Rules (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214, or 385.206).
