Notice
Summary
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is updating its fee schedule for connecting to outside systems and data feeds. This change affects traders and firms using NYSE’s colocation services, adjusting which third-party connections are available and how much they cost. The new fees take effect immediately, so users should check the updated list and prices to stay in the game.
Analyzed Economic Effects
3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.
New third‑party data feeds with set monthly fees
If you use NYSE colocation and opt to receive the new third‑party data feeds, the Exchange added three feeds with monthly connectivity fees: 24X for $4,000/month, Bruce ATS for $1,250/month, and Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) for $1,300/month. You must contract with the content provider and then the Exchange will retransmit the feed to you and charge the stated monthly connectivity fee.
Three third‑party systems added
If you use NYSE colocation services, the Exchange added three third‑party execution systems to its connectivity list: 24X, Bruce ATS, and Texas Stock Exchange (TSXE). The Exchange will offer connectivity to these systems over the MDC IP network and says it will not change the monthly recurring access fees for Third Party Systems; access is voluntary and you pay only for systems and bandwidth you choose.
Change effective upon filing
The Exchange filed the proposed rule change on February 26, 2026 and the filing states it became effective pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) and Rule 19b-4(f)(6)(iii). That means the amended Connectivity Fee Schedule (including the listed data‑feed fees) is effective from the filing date and Users should review the updated list and prices promptly.
