The Exchange added three third-party data feeds with set monthly fees: 24X for $4,000 per month, Bruce ATS for $1,250 per month, and Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) for $1,300 per month. A User would only be charged these monthly recurring fees for a feed if the User entered into a contract and elected to receive that feed.

Change Took Effect Immediately; Comment Deadline

The Exchange filed the rule change on February 26, 2026 and the change became effective upon filing under Rule 19b-4(f)(6). The Commission may suspend the change within 60 days, and written comments were requested with a submission deadline of April 2, 2026.

Exchange Adds Three Third-Party Systems

The Exchange added three third-party execution systems to the list of systems Users can connect to at the Mahwah, NJ data center: 24X, Bruce ATS, and the Texas Stock Exchange (TSXE). The Exchange is not changing the monthly recurring access fee for Third Party Systems, and Users only receive and pay for systems they choose.
