Published Date: 3/12/2026

Notice

Summary

NYSE Texas is updating its fee schedule for connecting to outside systems and data feeds. This change affects traders and firms using their colocation services, adjusting which third-party connections are available and how much they cost. The new fees take effect immediately, so users should check the updated list and prices to stay in the game.

Analyzed Economic Effects

5 provisions identified: 3 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.

New data feeds with set monthly fees

The Exchange added three Third Party Data Feeds with monthly recurring connectivity fees: 24X for $4,000/month, Bruce ATS for $1,250/month, and Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) for $1,300/month. If you want any of these feeds via the Exchange, you would pay the listed monthly fee in addition to any third‑party charges.

You must contract and pay both parties

To receive a Third Party Data Feed you must enter into a contract with the content provider and may be charged by that provider, and the Exchange will also charge a connectivity fee to retransmit the feed to your port. You only receive and are charged for feeds for which you have both the third‑party contract and Exchange authorization.

Three new systems added

The Exchange added three Third Party Systems to its colocation connectivity list: 24X, Bruce ATS, and Texas Stock Exchange (TSXE). The filing says the monthly recurring access fee for Third Party Systems is not changing, and Users can choose whether to use these new systems.

Bandwidth and access pricing unchanged

The Exchange states it is not changing the monthly recurring fees for access to Third Party Systems and is not changing pricing for bandwidth connections, which continue to vary by connection size rather than by system. Existing bandwidth fee levels remain in place under this filing.

Services are voluntary and applied equally

Buying any colocation service or connectivity is voluntary and the Connectivity Fee Schedule is applied uniformly to all Users. Only Users who opt in will be charged for Access or Connectivity to the added systems and feeds.
