NYSE National Hikes Fees for Invisible Data Wires—Traders Yawn

Published Date: 3/12/2026

Notice

Summary

NYSE National is updating its fee schedule for connecting to outside systems and data feeds. This change affects traders and firms using these connections by adjusting which third-party services are included and how much they pay. The new fees take effect immediately, so users should check the updated list and prices on the Exchange’s website.

Analyzed Economic Effects

4 provisions identified: 2 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.

New Data Feed Monthly Fees

NYSE National added three third-party data feeds with set monthly fees: 24X for $4,000 per month, Bruce ATS for $1,250 per month, and Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) for $1,300 per month. If you opt in to receive any of these feeds via the Exchange, you will be charged the stated monthly fee in addition to any separate contract you sign with the data provider.

Change Became Effective Immediately

The proposed fee changes were filed on February 26, 2026 and the Exchange reported the proposal became effective upon filing under Rule 19b-4(f)(6). Comments on the filing are solicited through April 2, 2026, and the Commission may suspend the change within 60 days of filing if necessary.

Three Third-Party Systems Added

NYSE National added three new third-party execution systems to its connectivity list: 24X, Bruce ATS, and Texas Stock Exchange (TSXE). This gives market participants who use the Mahwah, NJ data center an additional way to connect to those execution systems if they choose.

No Change to System Access Fees

The Exchange stated it is not changing the monthly recurring fee for access to Third Party Systems, nor the pricing of bandwidth connections (which vary by connection size). That means existing monthly access and bandwidth price levels remain unchanged under this filing.
