New Fee Waiver for Internal Distributors
If you are a new Internal Distributor of the EDGX Depth Data Feed, the Exchange will waive the Internal Distribution Fee and the Non-Display Usage Fee while you set up internal distribution systems, for a period not to exceed three months. To qualify you must not have received the EDGX Depth Data Feed in the last 18 months and you must not operate a Trading Platform.
User and Post-Integration Fees Resume
During the waiver period, Non-Professional and Professional User Fees remain subject to the fee schedule, and once an Internal Distributor has integrated and begins internally distributing the feed the waiver ends and the Exchange will assess user fees plus the regular distribution and non-display fees. The filing states that, at that time, fees will be assessed in accordance with the Fee Schedule including an Internal Distributor Fee of $2,000 per month and a Non-Display Usage not by Trading Platforms Fee of $5,000 per month.
