Request to Restore Pipeline Pressure in Minnesota
Great Lakes asked FERC on March 6, 2026 for permission to restore the maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) on its 36-inch Mainlines 100, 200, and 300 between the Shevlin Compressor Station (Clearwater County, MN) and the Deer River Compressor Station (Itasca County, MN). The company says the change is to return the system to its intended design operating conditions while continuing to comply with federal pipeline safety standards.
