Five Parishes Added to Disaster Declaration
The Presidential major disaster declaration for Public Assistance Only (FEMA-4900-DR) was amended to include Catahoula, Lincoln, Madison, Union, and Webster parishes as adversely affected by the January 23–27, 2026 severe winter storm.
