The Delta States Network Development Program cohort (12 awardees) receives a one-time extension totaling $11,941,394 for August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027 to expand access, coordinate care, and improve basic health services in rural areas of the eight Mississippi Delta states: Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.
