3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 0 costs, 2 mixed.

Cboe One Premium: 5- and 12-Level Transition

The Cboe One Premium data feed will offer both five (5) and twelve (12) price levels for a limited time, and the five-level feed will be sunset no later than December 31, 2026. The Exchange will announce the exact sunset date at least 60 days before it stops the five-level feed, and after sunset you can still extract the top five levels from the 12-level feed; the Exchange does not intend to raise fees for this change.

Cboe One Can Supply Up to 48 Levels

With the change, Cboe One Premium can support up to a total of 48 price levels (up to 12 levels from each of the four Cboe equities exchanges). Market participants who consume Cboe One Premium are expected to be able to ingest up to 48 separate levels and integrate sizes across exchanges.

EDGA Feed: 5 → 12 Price Levels

If you use the EDGA Summary Depth data feed, it will now show up to twelve (12) price levels per side instead of five (5). The Exchange says this gives you more visibility into market liquidity and it will be available immediately with no additional fees.
