Competitive mail deals filed
If you run a business or otherwise use USPS competitive mail services, the Postal Service filed requests accepted April 15, 2026 to add or modify competitive negotiated service agreements (including Docket No. CP2024-309). For the public proceeding CP2024-309 you may submit comments by April 23, 2026; public portions of the filings are available on the Postal Regulatory Commission website and non-public portions require compliance with 39 CFR 3011.301 to access.
New fulfillment and mid-market contracts
The Postal Service requested on April 15, 2026 to add four new standardized distinct products: PM-GA Contract 961, PM-GA Contract 962, PM-GA Contract 963, and PM-GA Contract 964 (Docket Nos. MC2026-208; MC2026-210; MC2026-212; MC2026-213). These requests are being reviewed in summary proceedings under 39 CFR 3041.325 and 3041.505; the Commission will not appoint a Public Representative and will not request public comment for those summary proceedings.
