Free Virtual Public Meetings
The Oklahoma Advisory Committee will hold three virtual public meetings via ZoomGov on May 5, 2026 (2:00–3:00 p.m. CT), May 18, 2026 (2:00–4:00 p.m. CT), and June 8, 2026 (2:00–3:00 p.m. CT). Any interested member of the public may listen online at no cost and register using the provided ZoomGov links.
Phone Participation May Cost You
You can join the meetings by phone (1-833-435-1820 USA Toll Free), but callers may incur regular wireless charges for calls they initiate and the Commission will not refund those charges. Webinar IDs are provided for each meeting.
Accommodations and Closed Captioning
Closed captioning will be available for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have certain cognitive or learning impairments. To request additional accommodations, you must email Corrine Sanders at least 10 business days before the meeting.
Public Comment Opportunities
Members of the public may make statements during an open comment period at the end of each meeting and may submit written comments to the Regional Programs Unit within 30 days following the meeting by emailing Brooke Peery at the listed address.

Records from these meetings will be available before and after the meetings and can be inspected and reproduced at the Regional Programs Coordination Unit Office and via www.facadatabase.gov under the Commission on Civil Rights, Oklahoma Advisory Committee link.
