Tribal consultation teleconference set

Idaho Power and FERC staff will hold a teleconference on May 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to meet with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation about the Hells Canyon Hydroelectric Project. Non-tribal intervenors may attend but only Umatilla Tribal representatives and Commission staff may participate; if tribal representatives disclose specific site locations, non-tribal attendees will be excused for that portion. Intervenors who plan to attend must notify Michael Davis at (202) 502-8339 or [email protected] by 5 p.m. Eastern Time on April 30, 2026; a public, redacted meeting summary and an unredacted privileged version will be placed in the proceeding record.
