The Federal Railroad Administration is offering up to $2,039,246,480 in grant funding for eligible rail safety and infrastructure projects for Fiscal Years 2025 and 2026. If you work on rail improvements, this money is available to apply for under the CRISI program.
Strict application deadline and submission
All applications must be submitted through Grants.gov and are due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 22, 2026; incomplete or late applications will not be considered. The FRA also reserves the right to modify this deadline.
