Continuation Means Ongoing Assessments
If a majority of eligible producers and importers voting favor continuance, USDA will continue the Christmas Tree Promotion, Research, and Information Order, which supports industry research and marketing and is funded through assessments on producers/importers. The referendum vote runs May 22, 2026 through June 2, 2026 and will determine whether those program obligations continue.
