Paperwork Time Burden for Loan Participants
If you are an intermediary or ultimate recipient in the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) or the Rural Microentrepreneur Assistance Program (RMAP), the agency estimates an average of 4 hours per response and 4 responses per respondent each year — 16 hours per respondent annually. USDA estimates 500 respondents and a total annual burden of 8,000 hours; the agency is requesting comments by June 22, 2026.
