Air Force Intends Exclusive Patent License
The Department of the Air Force intends to grant DarkPulse an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 11,979,208 B1 (issued May 7, 2024) covering a multi-gateway multi-beam satellite communication system. The Air Force may grant that exclusive license unless a timely objection is filed showing the grant would violate the Bayh-Dole Act.
15-Day Window To Object Or Compete
Anyone with concerns has 15 calendar days after this notice's publication to file a written objection. A completed competing application received within that period and in compliance with 37 CFR 404.8 will be treated as an objection and may be considered as an alternative to the proposed exclusive license.
