Exclusive Patent License to DarkPulse

The Department of the Air Force intends to grant an exclusive license to DarkPulse for U.S. Patent No. 12,133,210 B2, issued October 29, 2024, titled "Dynamically controlled satellite hub and method of operations." The notice (Docket No. PRS-302) says the Air Force may grant this exclusive patent license unless a timely objection shows it would be inconsistent with the Bayh-Dole Act.

15-Day Objection Window and Competing Applications

Written objections to the proposed exclusive license must be filed no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the notice publication (publication date May 5, 2026). A competing application meeting 37 CFR 404.8 and received by the Air Force within that objection period will be treated as an objection and may be considered as an alternative to the proposed license.
