Allows Muzinich Funds to Co‑Invest
Muzinich BDC, several Muzinich closed-end funds, and certain affiliated investment entities asked the SEC for permission to co-invest together in the same portfolio companies. The application (filed December 17, 2025 and amended April 20, 2026) would allow those BDCs and closed-end management investment companies to invest alongside each other and affiliated entities. If no hearing request is received by 5:30 p.m. Eastern on May 26, 2026, the SEC will issue the order granting the requested relief.
