The Surface Transportation Board permitted Grainbelt Corporation's local trackage rights over BNSF tracks to expire on March 30, 2027. After that date, Grainbelt will stop using the Line between milepost 668.73 (Long, OK) and milepost 723.30 (Quanah, TX) to access the Plains Cotton Cooperative Association facility near milepost 688.6 at Altus, OK and to move certain railcars along the Line.
