Ongoing NHTTAC Feedback Surveys

The Office on Trafficking in Persons will continue collecting feedback through the National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center (NHTTAC) evaluation instruments from OTIP grant recipients, SOAR Demonstration Grant recipients, individuals with lived experience, and health/behavioral/public health and human services professionals. The notice reports an estimated total annual burden of 10,530 hours across listed instruments (for example: Universal T/TA Participant: 1,500 respondents at 0.43 hours each; Full/Short Feedback: 225,000 responses at 0.10 hours each; Intensive T/TA: 600 respondents at 1.17 hours each).

Forms Revised to Reduce Burden; Comment Window

HHS says it revised the NHTTAC information collection to reduce respondent burden and adjusted burden estimates to account for SOAR Demonstration Grant Program participants. This is a request for public comment on the collection; comments must be submitted by July 6, 2026, and the current OMB approval for this collection expires June 30, 2026 (OMB #: 0970-0519).
