Small Cities Must File Annual HUD Report
HUD is asking OMB to approve continued collection of the HUD-Administered Small Cities Program Performance Assessment Report (HUD Form-4052) under Section 104(e) of the Housing and Community Development Act. HUD estimates 40 grantees will each submit 1 annual report taking 4.0 hours per response, at an hourly cost of $36.28, for a total annual burden of 160 hours and an aggregate annual cost of $5,804.80.
