Public comment rules and deadlines
Fifteen minutes are set aside for public comment at the June 18, 2026 meeting; oral commenters will get a minimum of two minutes each. Written comments submitted at least two working days before the meeting will be provided to board members and included in the meeting minutes; written comments received within two working days after the meeting will be included in the minutes.
