Market Makers Added as Trade Source
GEMX will add Market Makers as a reportable origin type in the GEMX Trade Outline so trades by Market Makers are shown (previously only their counterparties were captured). This change was filed April 29, 2026 and is intended to give customers a more complete picture of market activity.
End-of-Day Fields Expanded
GEMX's End of Day Trade Outline will include option first trade price, option high trade price, option low trade price, and option last trade price (and will continue to include underlying close and moneyness). End of Day data is available the next business day.
No Fee Change; Immediate Operation
The filing states there is no fee change in connection with these amendments and the Commission waived the 30-day delay so the rule change is operative upon filing (filed April 29, 2026).
Format Harmonized Across Nasdaq Markets
GEMX amended its Trade Outline descriptions and contents to align formatting and field names with comparable trade outline products on other Nasdaq options markets so subscribers who use multiple exchanges see consistent categories of trade source and End of Day fields.
