FERC: No Major Environmental Impact

FERC staff prepared an environmental assessment (EA) for the Carnation Project in Hamilton County, Ohio, and concluded that approval of the proposed project would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. The project would add one new 14,189-horsepower compressor unit at the Crosby-Harrison Compressor Station and two new single-run regulators at the New Haven Regulators Facility.

Public Comment Deadline and EA Access

Any person wishing to comment on the EA must have the Commission receive comments by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 10, 2026. The EA is available only in electronic format on FERC's website and via FERC's eLibrary; FERC provides phone, TTY, and email assistance for access and filing.
