Deadline to Protest or Intervene

If you are an individual, landowner, business, municipality, or other interested person concerned about the Hudson West End Lateral Pipeline Replacement Project in Hudson County, New Jersey, you may file a protest, motion to intervene, or comment by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 10, 2026. Filing is free and can be done via FERC eFiling or by mail, and a protest may also serve as a motion to intervene.

Project Auto-Approval After Deadline

If no protest is filed within the allowed time (by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 10, 2026), or if a protest is filed and then withdrawn within 30 days after that time, the proposed pipeline activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the time allowed for protest (effectively July 11, 2026).
