Help moving Chincoteague drinking water wells

If enacted, NASA could reimburse the Town of Chincoteague for costs to plan removal of wells on NASA property and to set up replacement wells on town-controlled land. The reimbursement deal could last up to five years. The agreement would, where possible, cover moving the three remaining wells, name the new site, and include a current cost estimate for land, engineering, design, permitting, and construction. NASA would need to send any agreement to two congressional committees within 18 months after enactment. If you use the town water system, this could help keep drinking water service available.
