Summary
A Federal Reserve study of how U.S. tariffs affect consumer and small‑business prices. This bill would require the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to measure the collective impact of every U.S. tariff issued beginning in 2017 and each year after and to report its findings to Congress within 270 days of enactment, with the retrospective assessment produced annually thereafter.
