This bill would extend the National Flood Insurance Program through December 31, 2026. It updates two date references in the National Flood Insurance Act by amending Section 1309(a) (42 U.S.C. 4016(a)) and Section 1319 (42 U.S.C. 4026) to replace "September 30, 2023" with "December 31, 2026" and does not change funding, premiums, eligibility, or other program terms.
