Faster Army Corps permits for landowners
This bill would require the Army Corps to clear its backlog of Section 404 water permits and jurisdictional determinations. It would only cover cases that were already pending on June 5, 2025. The Corps would have up to 60 days after enactment to finish those cases. If your permit or jurisdiction request was pending on that date, you would likely get a faster decision. New filings after June 5, 2025 would not be covered by this deadline.
