American Flags to Honor Our Veterans Act of 2025

Summary
Permits upright, secured U.S. flag displays directly beside graves of service members and veterans. Section 2 would add a new subsection to 4 U.S.C. §6 that says, notwithstanding other parts of Section 6, the flag may be displayed in a secured, upright position immediately adjacent to the grave of a deceased member of the Armed Forces (as defined in 10 U.S.C. §101) or a veteran (as defined in 38 U.S.C. §101).
