Easier Catawba tribal enrollment rules

If enacted, the bill would remove the rule that a person must be a lineal descendant of someone on the Catawba final base membership roll. It would also remove the rule that a person must have continued to maintain political relations with the Tribe. Individuals would be able to be enrolled without those two requirements. The change would take effect upon enactment and this section does not add new enrollment criteria.
