Work-rule checks for lawmakers' health plan

If enacted, Members of Congress would need to send OPM a written certification every month to stay eligible for FEHB. Each month, they would certify they met Medicaid-style community engagement rules. They would also certify they met SNAP work requirements as if in a SNAP household. This would start with months after enactment. If they do not send the certifications, they could be blocked from enrolling that month.
