Summary
Guarantees a consumer's right to paper monthly statements. This bill would require each covered entity—depository institutions and credit unions—to offer every consumer the option of receiving paper copies of monthly statements and would prohibit conditioning any service on a consumer's exclusive use of electronic monthly statements.

Paper statements option at banks and credit unions
If enacted, banks and credit unions would have to offer paper copies of your monthly statements. You could choose paper instead of only digital. They could not require digital-only statements to let you use services. This would apply to all consumers of depository institutions and credit unions. The rule would start upon enactment.
