Paper statements option at banks and credit unions

If enacted, banks and credit unions would have to offer paper copies of your monthly statements. You could choose paper instead of only digital. They could not require digital-only statements to let you use services. This would apply to all consumers of depository institutions and credit unions. The rule would start upon enactment.
