No Foreign Election Partnership Act

Block election agencies from foreign data or advice deals

This bill would bar federal election agencies from making agreements with international groups that share data or provide advice. It would apply to the Federal Election Commission, the Election Assistance Commission, and any other federal entity that administers federal elections. The ban would only apply to agreements that involve data sharing or an advisory role. It would take effect immediately upon enactment. If passed, it could reduce foreign involvement in U.S. election work, but also limit access to outside data and expert advice.
